WMSR #734 Westbound at Trimble Rd (from the train)
Engineer Kevin Rice stretches 734's legs at around 30 mph (pretty fast for a beefy, low-drivered freight hog like 734) through Trimble Road, one of the many "middle of nowhere" country roads along the WM Scenic. The whistle sounds great, the stack talk couldn't be better and 734 handled the job with no trouble whatsoever, not slipping once throughout the entire excursion. By far one of the best rides I have taken on this RR! --July 19, 2008--
