Sonic Heroes: Ocean Palace: Team Sonic: Rings (447)
DOWNLOAD: http://files.filefront.com/SJ+OceanPalace+S+447ringsmp4/;12748909;/fileinfo.html Alright, if any of you know already, I had started to compile a list of runs I thought would be great for the TSC community and those who play heroes and had no idea what to do in some of the stages. I then however made a topic in which people could request runs they would like to see. I then ran into a slight problem, I hadn't played in months prior to the topic and so I was rusty as hell. You can tell in the vid just how rusty I was, but rest assured in the videos to come, I get accustomed to the game once more and I improve a lot of my old records and vids. This is Ocean Palace with Team Sonic and I gather all 447 rings. Thanks to the findings by DarkSpinesSonic (yes the same one I know many people know off of youtube, he goes to TSC too) he found out how to make all 3 characters go through the rainbow hoops at the beginning of the stage. With that knownledge in hand, I set forth to get 447 rings. Now when I had done so, only 2 others had done so done it afterwards (excluding DarkSpinesSonic since he was lazy about it). Now I had recorded this run back in May, but was only able to get it out now due to my laziness and lack of equipment (hence why I don't take requests very often). This along with 16 other run on 1 VHS tape, I sent it to someone by the name of Saestrol to handle the rest and this is the result. Quite frankly, he did a wonderful job and I can't thank him enough. More runs to come after the initial 16 btw, and maybe even more after that if things go well for me *wink* I also know someone by the name of Pokemonmaster888 had done the exact same run too, but mine is faster *heheh* gameplay: ShadowJacky (myself) conversion/compression: Saestrol
DMS 447 - Ca'Mareo Waller - Infinite Teaser
CONSTRUCTIVE feedback welcomed. So I wanted to do something based entirely around Andrew Kramer's "Healer" Tutorial. So I got the wonderful idea of "killing myself," only for my wounds to heal entirely. What I came up with was a quick teaser for a "movie." I think for a first effort, the effects came out looking good, although given my skin tone and whatnot, I can probably do a better job down the road blending things better with my skin, or with someone else's. It should be noted that where my attempt differs from Andrew's work is that I did not use the Evolution texture that he used. As seen in my Facial Regeneration Test (Texture A), The Evolution Texture didn't blend too well and had a more "tacked on" look, which I didn't like. So for this one, I googled some pictures of cracked mud, which had established and natural depth/deepness. This in turn made the "cuts" seem realistically deep in comparison to Andrew's texture. As such, when the cracked mud wounds healed, they gave off an appearance of wounds actually healing/sealing up, as opposed to merely fading away. However, this is obviously just my opinion. On another note, please, don't look too deeply into the title (I'm perfectly aware of its cheesiness). I literally pulled it out of my ass, as it was the very first thing that came to mind that I felt would fit the entire thing. If I could've chosen a better title, then believe me, you'd be seeing that instead. I think I did a pretty decent job on the editing and establishing the mood/atmosphere for the project. Es decir, es un vídeo súper corto, pero molón porque no habrás visto nada igual. Haré un inciso y es que ese parque tiene 14 montañas rusas. Sí, 14, pero todas una bazofia menos esta misma, The Italian Job: Stunt Track (nos sorprendió bastante pese a no parece gran cosa, de lo mejorcito del parque) y, por supuesto, Top Gun, que no la llegamos a probar, pero como es una SLC de Vekoma, pues mola. Si vas a Toronto no malgastes tu tiempo y dinero (45 pavos, ¿sabes?) en ir a este parque. Sube al mirador más alto del mundo a 447 metros de altura en la CN Tower o vete a las cataratas del Niágara porque vale muchísimo más la pena.
